Why This Initiative
A multisectoral needs assessment confirms what the community already knows: Kiryandongo holds significant untapped potential — skilled people, available land, and a collective will to produce. This initiative exists to convert that potential into a structured, measurable, and self-sustaining system of local production, while building a lasting culture of peace and stability.

ربط المنتجين المحليين بموردي الشتلات والخبرات العالمية وتبادل الأفكار المبتكرة لتعزيز الاقتصاد المنزلي المستقل.
منصة الجسر المعرفي
بناء حلقة وصل تقنية وإدارية بين كمبالا ومناطق اللاجئين لتبادل الخبرات القانونية والمالية والفنية العابرة للحدود.
الدعم اللوجستي وتطوير الموارد
إدارة عمليات جمع وتوزيع شتلات الخضروات والفاكهة وضمان وصول الموارد الأساسية للمستفيدين بكفاءة.
