Future Stars Centre for Development and Capacity Building (FSC) was founded on 11 November 2020 as a non‑governmental, non‑profit organization. Our mandate is to support Sudanese and non‑Sudanese communities inside and outside Sudan by strengthening peace, justice and human dignity. FSC is legally registered in both Sudan and Uganda; we began work in Sudan on 31 December 2020 and expanded to Uganda on 20 July 2024. Our offices currently serve communities across Darfur and Kampala.
We help communities rebuild after conflict, empower women and youth and address basic needs. By promoting dialogue, advocating for rights and fostering inclusive participation, we strive to transform conflict into opportunity and create a society where everyone enjoys full rights and dignity.
Our work is guided by a clear vision, mission and goal:
A peaceful power among people enjoying full rights and dignity.
Towards enduring peace and stability.
To localize a self‑reliant and peaceful society where people enjoy full rights and dignity.
Build the capacity and independence of youth and women.
Promote peacebuilding, gender protection, and advocacy for conflict prevention.
Increase access to self-reliance for refugees, IDPs, and war-affected communities
FSC’s programmes are made possible by the generous support of a diverse network of donors and funding partners. Over the years we have received grants and support from the following organizations:
Together, we can transform communities, restore dignity, and build a future where peace and opportunity thrive. Your support can turn vision into reality.
